At Sanzi Beauty, we have chosen to offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our skin care products, which are purchased on our website. We have chosen to do this, as we know that for many it can be a jungle to find the right skin care products for your skin type and skin condition.

How the satisfaction guarantee works:

1) Find/know your skin type

2) Use the product for 30 days, using it daily. NB it is very normal that when you switch to a new brand of skin care, the skin needs to get used to the new ingredients.

3) If you experience that your skin reacts negatively to one or more of the products in question, contact our customer service at support@sanzi-beauty.com within 45 days after you have received the product, and describe your problem, as well as attach a picture of your skin reaction to the product.

4) Our customer service and you will then find another skin care product that suits your skin.

5) You send the old product back, and then when we have received it, we forward the new product or products to you.

6) Should the new product not help, contrary to expectations, you are welcome to contact us at support@sanzi-beauty.com , where we agree that you can then send the product back and get your money refunded for your original order. Refunds will be made for the most recent order. As a customer, you bear all shipping costs yourself.

RESULTS GUARANTEE

Applies to the following products: Eyelash Growth Serum, Eyelash Renewing Serum and Hair Growth & Enhancing Serum

When purchasing the above products, a full result guarantee or your money back is offered.

The conditions for being able to use the result guarantee:

1) You must apply the serum once/twice a day for 16 weeks (depending on the product, see application guide on the product page)

2) Pictures must be taken from week 1, and thereafter every 4 weeks up to and including week 16 (5 pictures in total). This is the only way we can ensure that the product is used continuously. Likewise, the photos must be date-stamped, for example in the form of photos taken with a mobile phone, where the date appears.

3) If the minimum result has not been achieved by week 16, you contact us by email (support@sanzi-beauty.com) and submit the photos. And if there is no clear result, you will of course be refunded the full amount.

4) It must be possible to present a receipt that the product was purchased through our website (www.sanzi-beauty.com).
