ORDERING AND PAYMENT

www.sanzi-beauty.com is open 24 hours a day, all 365 days of the year, and you can therefore basically shop within this period.

To shop at Sanzi-beauty.com, you must be 15 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 15 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained the consent of your guardian or otherwise have the legal right to enter into the purchase.

You select the item(s) you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of ordering, and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods.
All prices at Sanzi Beauty include VAT, any other charges and shipping if your order size is included in our free shipping. See more under ABOUT SHIPPING . Otherwise, the shipping price will appear under the order form, where you can choose which delivery method you want to use.

When you are ready to order, click on "Add to Basket", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and choose the delivery method.

We accept the following payment cards:

Visa, Visa dankort, Visa electron, Mastercard, Mastercard debit and American express and Mobilepay.

The amount for your purchase is only debited to your card when the item has been dispatched.

RECEIPT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have ordered an item from us, you will be sent an email with a receipt for our receipt of your order. However, a binding agreement has only been entered into when you have received an order confirmation from us.

DELIVERY IN DK

We deliver with GLS. When your item has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email with a package number with which you can track the package on the GLS website. Items that are in stock are delivered within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. We offer free shipping to the parcel shop for purchases over DKK 400. If you want home delivery for purchases over DKK 400, it costs DKK 39. Home delivery for purchases under DKK 400 costs DKK 69.

14 DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you shop online and at Sanzi-beauty.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

If you wish to make use of your right of cancellation, you can do so by sending us an email at support@sanzi-beauty.com (Subject: Cancellation of purchased item)

The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

The item's condition when you send it back:

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that according to the law, Sanzi-beauty.com can refuse to refund all the money, but will work with the customer to find a fair refund amount. This only applies if the item does not have the same value as when received, and that Sanzi-beauty.com cannot therefore sell the item as new and at a new price.

Refund of the purchase amount:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Note:

When returning an item, you as the customer bear all shipping costs for return shipping etc

If you as a customer do not pick up your package in the package shop and it is sent back to Sanzi Beauty, you as a customer bear shipping costs of NOK 49 for returning your package.

NEWSLETTERS AND SMS

If you sign up for our newsletter, you agree to receive Sanzi Beauty emails and SMS with inspiration, exclusive offers and personal recommendations. The messages are sent via our third-party software that complies with GDPR data protection requirements. We use your purchase and browsing data to tailor the offers we send you. Maximum of 2 SMS per month. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The messages you receive from us via e-mail and SMS are tailored to you in accordance with your information(s), habits, browsing behavior, purchasing behavior and how engaged you are in the communication we have with you via e-mail, SMS, direct mail or per telephone.

To ensure that these emails do not end up in your spam folder, we monitor whether the messages sent to the individual recipient have been successfully delivered. We use a third-party software tool to track and analyze deliverability.

To stop receiving our newsletters, please click on the link at the bottom of each email. To stop receiving SMS, click on the link you will find at the bottom of the SMS you receive from Sanzi Beauty.

Note that when purchasing the above products, a full result guarantee or your money back is offered.

The conditions for this are that when you start using your serum it is important that you follow our instruction guide, which is described on the product page.

1) You must apply the serum once/twice a day for 16 weeks (depending on the product, see application guide on the product page)

2) Pictures must be taken from week 1, and thereafter every 4 weeks up to and including week 16 (5 pictures in total). This is the only way we can ensure that the product is used continuously. Likewise, the photos must be date-stamped, for example in the form of photos taken with a mobile phone, where the date appears.

3) If the minimum result has not been achieved by week 16, you contact us by email (support@sanzi-beauty.com) and submit the photos. And if there is no clear result, you will of course be refunded the full amount.

4) It must be possible to present a receipt that the product was purchased through our website (www.sanzi-beauty.com).

COMPLAINT

Your purchase of covered by the Sales Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. The right to complain applies within a reasonable period, which is considered to be within a period of time when the error should have become known. You must therefore contact us within a reasonable time.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery. As a customer, you bear all shipping costs yourself.

By using our service, you accept that we can collect, process and store the personal data that you enter in connection with the purchase of products on our website.

USE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We only collect, process and store personal data for the purpose of being able to fulfill our agreement with you, including:

  • to deliver our Service

We only process the personal data that is relevant and sufficient to fulfill the above purposes. The same applies to the extent of the personal data we collect.

SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your personal data with the 3rd parties who assist us in delivering our Service, e.g. if company capital must be approved via an external lawyer's client account.

We may also pass on your personal data in anonymized form for statistical or scientific use.

Can also happen through a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation applicable at any time.

Finally, we may share your personal data if we are obliged to transfer or share your personal data with public and legal authorities.

DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We store your personal data as long as you have an active user profile with us and as long as it is necessary to fulfill legal requirements.

If you delete your user profile, we store your personal data for 5 years after your last purchase, calculated from the end of the financial year in question, to comply with the Bookkeeping Act.

SAFETY AND PROTECTION

We have established and maintain appropriate organizational and technical measures so that your personal information is not accidentally or illegally deleted, degraded or lost, just as it does not come to the knowledge of unauthorized third parties or is otherwise misused or used inconsistently with personal data legislation.

If we are exposed to a security breach where we estimate that there is a high risk that your personal information could be misused, we will notify you of the security breach without undue delay. We will also inform you of what we have done to reduce the risk of misuse of your information.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right at any time to be informed of which personal data we have collected and which we store and process about you, as well as to receive a copy of it.

You can at any time demand correction, object or have the processing of your personal data restricted.

If you are registered as a user and no longer want your personal data to be in our database, you can have this removed by writing to support@sanzi-beauty.com and specifying the e-mail address you use as login/or by prior purchase. Please note, however, that we have the duty and the right to store certain personal data in order to comply with the rules in the Bookkeeping Act.
