Get a more uniform, glowing and youthful skin with AHA Peeling

Få en mere ensartet, glødende og ungdommelig hud med AHA Peeling

AHA peeling is a form of exfoliation, also called chemical exfoliation. But don't let the word chemical exfoliation scare you. It is actually one of the best and gentlest ways to exfoliate the skin.

AHA, which stands for alpha-hydro-acid, is an exfoliating fruit acid peel that gently removes dead skin cells using active ingredients, leaving skin looking cleaner, more even and glowing.

AHA Peeling's Several Benefits

AHA Peeling has many benefits that all skin types benefit from, but especially sensitive and dry skin. As mentioned, the active ingredients create an exfoliating effect by removing the dead skin cells through a chemical process, thereby making the skin look more uniform and glowing. The main magical ingredients in AHA Peeling are lactic acid and mandelic acid.

The lactic acid (lactic acid)

Lactic acid is a well-known skin care ingredient that has anti-aging properties that help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, but is also super good at reducing pigmentation from both the sun and acne, giving the skin a more even and smooth appearance. Moreover, it also helps to reduce the size of the pores.

Mandelic acid (mandelic acid)

Mandelic acid, which is also an AHA, is well known for its anti-aging properties, along with the other benefits of chemical exfoliation, as mentioned above. Mandelic acid helps to give the skin a more uniform and glowing appearance, which many of us want and strive for. The mandelic acid penetrates deep into the skin and removes the dead skin cells, sebum and impurities that have settled in the pores.

In AHA Peeling you will also find vitamin C, salicylic acid and a bit of glycolic acid which help to give the skin the optimal care and treatment.

  • Vitamin C, particularly known for its anti-aging effect. In addition, it gives glow to the skin and increases resilience and elasticity by regenerating collagen.
  • Salicylic acid, known to fight impure skin. Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that exfoliates the skin and helps unclog pores.
  • Glycolic acid, helps heal skin after breakouts. It also helps to smooth out uneven skin and even has anti-ageing properties, which give the skin a more youthful appearance.
  • Panthenol, which soothes, rebuilds and moisturizes the skin.

How to combine AHA peeling in your current skin care routine

AHA Peeling works almost like a serum – it does not need to be washed off.

AHA Peeling should be used after you have cleansed your face. We recommend that you use the Soft Cleansing Foam followed by the Gentle Face Tonic to create the perfect base for the peel. Then apply AHA Peeling to the entire face with gentle, massaging movements. Remember, it should not be washed off.

Once the product has penetrated and is dry, you can intensify your skin care routine with serum and moisture - we recommend using our Anti-Aging Lifting Serum and Anti-Aging Face Cream or Moisturizing Day Cream SPF15.

We recommend using the product once a day - if you have delicate skin, we would advise that you start by only using it 1-2 times a week. You can choose to use AHA Peeling both morning and evening, but we recommend that you use a sunscreen if you use it during the day.

With all the great ingredients and benefits of our AHA Peeling, we're pretty sure you'll see a visible difference!
